We’ll send a download link and license key. You can also request free installation support from our technical team.

How do I request a demo?

You can request a demo through the product page or email us directly with your preferred schedule.

What payment modes do you accept?

We accept UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards, and offline bank transfers.

Can I get a tax invoice for my purchase?

Yes, GST invoices are provided automatically after payment.

How do I cancel a course or product order?

Contact us within 24 hours of order confirmation. Cancellations after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

Course & Training Support

How do I enroll in a course?

Visit our Courses section, select your program, and click “Apply Now.” You’ll receive a confirmation email once registered.

Can I access recorded classes?

Yes! All live sessions are recorded. You’ll get access via your student dashboard.

Where can I download the syllabus?

Each course page has a downloadable PDF syllabus under the “Course Outline” section.

How do I submit assignments/projects?

Login to the LMS portal → Go to “Assignments” → Upload your project. Make sure to follow the file format mentioned.
