Terms & Conditions

1. General
By enrolling in any course, internship, or program offered by InfinityMind Tech Pvt Ltd, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms may be updated from time to time, and your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any changes

2. Eligibility
Our programs are open to:

Students (Diploma, UG, PG)
Working professionals
Individuals above 16 years of age
Participants who meet the course prerequisites (if any)

3. Enrollment & Fees

Course enrollment is confirmed only after full/partial fee payment.
Fees once paid are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated under our refund policy.
EMI or installment options must be honored as per schedule.
Discounts/promotions are time-limited and non-transferable.

4. Course Access & Completion

Students will receive access to course materials, projects, and recorded sessions as per their batch.
Completion certificates are issued only upon successful project submission and evaluation.
Access duration varies per course (typically 6 to 12 months).

5. Class Attendance

Live class attendance is encouraged, but all sessions are recorded.
InfinityMind is not liable for technical issues at the student’s end during live sessions.
Missed classes must be covered via recordings

6. Internship Terms

Internship duration, schedule, and project topics will be communicated during enrollment.
All interns must maintain professional behavior and complete assigned tasks.
Internship completion certificates will only be issued upon final project submission.

7. Code of Conduct

Respect mentors, team members, and staff.
Not share or resell course materials without permission.
Avoid plagiarism in any form.
Use communication channels respectfully.

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, and projects are the intellectual property of InfinityMind Tech Pvt Ltd.
Students are not allowed to distribute or republish materials without written permission

9. Placement Assistance

We offer placement guidance, resume help, mock interviews, and referrals.
We do not guarantee job placement, but provide 100% effort and support.

10. Limitation of Liability
InfinityMind Tech Pvt Ltd is not liable for:

Losses due to student’s technical issues, missed deadlines, or lack of participation.
Outcomes dependent on student effort, prior experience, or external factors.

11. Scope of Services

Retail Billing Solutions (Supermarket, Hypermarket, POS, Coconut Oil, etc.)
Industry-Specific CRMs (Construction, Poultry, Jewellery, etc.)
ERP & Inventory Management Systems
Website Development (Static, Dynamic, E-Commerce, Portals)
GST Billing Software for multiple domains
Hospital, School, College, and Hotel Management Systems
Logistics, Microfinance, Loan, and Rental Apps

12. Software Licensing
InfinityMind Tech Pvt Ltd is not liable for:

All software is licensed to the client on a non-exclusive, non-transferable basis.
Clients are not permitted to resell or duplicate the software without a separate reseller agreement.
Licensing fees are based on usage type (single user/multi-user/cloud-based/custom).

13. Customization & Deployment
InfinityMind Tech Pvt Ltd is not liable for:

Customization requests will be handled based on feasibility and timeline agreement.
Final delivery will include source files only if agreed upon in writing.
Deployment support is included as per package (on-site or remote).
Hosting/domain charges are applicable for web-based solutions.

14. Payments & Refunds
InfinityMind Tech Pvt Ltd is not liable for:

50% advance payment is required to initiate development/customization.
Remaining payment is due at project handover or as per milestones.
No refunds will be issued for completed projects or software licenses.
Subscription-based software must be renewed annually (if applicable).

16.Warranty Disclaimer

Software is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.
InfinityMind Tech Pvt Ltd is not responsible for third-party hosting, server downtime, or end-user misuse.

17.Data & Privacy

Clients are responsible for maintaining their own data security and backups.
InfinityMind Tech Pvt Ltd does not access client data unless required for support purposes.

18.Intellectual Property

All proprietary code, UI/UX design, and backend logic remain the intellectual property of InfinityMind Tech Pvt Ltd unless a full IP transfer is agreed in writing.
Clients may use software solely for their business operations

19. Termination of Services
InfinityMind Tech Pvt Ltd reserves the right to terminate service in case of:

Non-payment
Breach of license terms
Illegal or unauthorized usage

20. Engagement Terms

A formal Statement of Work (SOW) or Proposal Document will be issued before engagement.
All timelines, deliverables, and fees will be outlined and mutually agreed upon.
Additional work outside the agreed scope will require a change request with revised pricing.

21. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all project-related and business information confidential.
Client information will not be shared with third parties without written consent.
Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) can be signed upon request.

22. Project Delays

Incomplete data or documents from the client
Client-side approval delays
Third-party integration issues beyond our control

23. Limitation of Liability

InfinityMind Tech Pvt Ltd shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the implementation or use of the consulting advice.
All consulting is provided with due diligence and domain expertise.
